**Disclaimer: Due to the nature of rusted auto parts and rusted body panels we cannot guarantee rust repairs it is beyond the possibility to predict rust.

**Paint matching is unpredictable as well. Every effort will be made to accurately match newly painted panels with the old ones but nature plays against perfect paint matches. Again we will do our very best to get it as close as possible.

** You have the right to an estimate when costs may exceed $25.00 and you have the right to choose who will repair your automobile. The insurance company doesn’t get to decide that, it’s your car you decide.

** Supplemental repairs are unforeseen repairs that need to be made that weren’t noted on original estimate, in which case you , your insurance company or both will be notified of the additional cost breakdown.

** Payment must be made in FULL before taking the automobile. If payment is not received additional charges of $25.00 a day will be accessed for storage starting 5 days after repair until paid. We will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen articles left in your vehicle take valuables with you.
